Shajapur (Madhya Pradesh): A 32-year-old man stabbed his wife to death during a domestic dispute in Madhya Pradesh's Shajapur district on Sunday, while their frightened 8-year-old son watched, an official said.
He told that Shahryar fatally attacked his wife Rukhsar B (28) at around 2 am in the night at their house in Dupada village, about 15 km from the district headquarters.
Lalghati police station in-charge Sanjay Verma said that angry over the dispute, the accused stabbed his wife in the chest and stomach, due to which she died on the spot in the presence of their son and he ran away from the spot.
There were domestic disputes between Shahryar and the victim, he said, adding that the body has been handed over to the family members.
