HUL recorded a marginal growth in sales in the fourth quarter to Rs 14,693 crore as revenue in the beauty and personal care segment fell 2.7 per cent.

The company declared a final dividend of Rs 24 per share on equity shares of face value Rs 1 each for 2023-24. The company had earlier paid an interim dividend of Rs 18 per share on November 16, 2023. The total dividend for the year works out to Rs 42 per equity share at face value of Rs 1.

After market close, HUL shares closed down 0.1 per cent ahead of the results announced. ,

Rohit Java, CEO and Managing Director, HUL, said, "In FY24 we had a resilient performance with 3 per cent USG and crossed the Rs 10,000 crore net profit mark. I am optimistic that with a normal monsoon and better macro-economics, "Because consumer demand will gradually improve." Indicators."
