Hearing of important cases in Delhi High Court on Thursday, July 11:

* The High Court has listed for hearing on September 9 Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's plea challenging the summons issued to him by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with the investigation into a money laundering case related to the excise policy.

* High Court judge Amit Sharma recused himself from hearing the National Investigation Agency (NIA) plea seeking death penalty for separatist leader Yasin Malik in a terror funding case.

* High Court directs DDA Vice Chairman to remove all encroachments and illegal constructions on Yamuna river banks, river bed as well as drains flowing into the river.
