Hearing of important cases in Delhi High Court on Wednesday, July 10:
* Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has argued before the High Court that he is the victim of a "witch-hunt" by the ED and cancellation of his bail granted by the trial court in a money laundering case related to excise duty policy would amount to "gross miscarriage" . of Justice".
* The HC said it will pronounce its order on July 12 on whether Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar should be granted bail in a case related to the alleged attack on AAP MP Swati Maliwal.
* Finding that a petitioner alleging unauthorized construction was willing to take money from the other party to withdraw his case, the HC directed him to remain in court until the punishment for contempt is taken up .
