In a virtual conference with all Deputy Commissioners, he said that more than 6,600 primary schools in Haryana are currently benefiting from smart classrooms, and this expansion is aimed at further integrating innovative educational technologies into the primary education system.

Prasad expressed enthusiasm for the initiative while emphasizing the state's commitment to enhancing basic education. He highlighted that the introduction of smart classes is an important step towards providing better education experience to students.

He also underlined the collaborative effort with Sampark Foundation to achieve technologically advanced and inclusive education system and directed all the Deputy Commissioners to monitor the effective implementation of Sampark program in their respective districts.

Additional Chief Secretary, School Education, Vineet Garg said the introduction of smart classes has led to a 35 to 40 per cent increase in learning outcomes and micro competencies among students in primary schools. He highlighted the role of Sampark Foundation in providing comprehensive training to teachers, equipping them with the necessary skills to use new technologies effectively.

Sampark Foundation President K. Rajeshwar Rao lauded Haryana for becoming the first state in the country in effective implementation of Nipun Bharat programme. The foundation currently covers 1.25 lakh government schools across eight states.
