New Delhi, IT firm Happiest Minds Technologies has reported 24.83 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 71.98 crore for the quarter ended March 2024.

The company had posted a profit of Rs 57.66 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing on Monday.

Revenue from operations stood at Rs 417.29 crore in the quarter under review, compared to Rs 377.98 crore in Q4FY23, a growth of 10.4 per cent.

Annual profit increased by 7.53 per cent to Rs 248.39 crore compared to Rs 230.99 crore in the previous financial year.

Revenue for FY 2023-24 was Rs 1,624.66 crore, an increase of 13.66 per cent from Rs 1429.29 crore for FY 2022-23.

The company recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.25 per share for the financial year ending March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of shareholders at the 13th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company. 28 June 2024.
