In the first part of the video, 29-year-old Halsey, who uses she/they pronouns, sits on a couch rubbing her legs in apparent pain.

“I feel like an old woman,” she said, “I told myself I was giving myself two more years to be sick.,

"At 30, I'm going to be reborn and I'm not going to get sick and I'm going to look super hot and I'm going to have tons of energy and I'll be in my twenties again in my thirties," she said.

The lyrics of "The End" deal with similar complaints: "Now every two years, a doctor says I'm sick / Pulls out a new bag of tricks / And then they put it on me / And the first "It was my brain, then a skeleton in pain/And I don't like to complain, but I'm sorry."

Although she didn't reveal the exact disease, she tagged lupus and leukemia charities, leaving fans worried and curious for more information.

Halsey was previously candid about her health challenges. The singer was previously diagnosed with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Sjogren's syndrome, and mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS).
