After this, when he came out of the club, there was again an altercation between him and Mohit.
Police said Mohit threw a brick at Sandeep and the latter shot Mohit in the leg and fled from the spot.
According to the police, Mohit is a resident of Suratgarh, Rajasthan. He had come to Gurugram to meet his brother and had gone to a club in the mall with two of his friends on April 5, but while leaving, he got into a drunken argument with a man at the gate of the club.
Mohit was taken to the hospital by his friends.
Police said that based on the statement of the victim, an FIR has been registered against unknown suspects under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code (attempt to murder) and the Arms Act.
