He said the action was taken in connection with the FIRs lodged last year against Greater Noida residents Mayur alias Mani Nagpal and his wife Charu Nagpal.

Following a court order on March 6 this year, the police took action to seize the property under Section 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), the police said in a statement.
