Addressing the joint session of both the Houses, the President said: "It is a continuous effort of the government to ensure that the youth of the country are given adequate opportunities to showcase their talent. My government is committed to a fair investigation into the recent incidents of leaks of documents and strict punishments for the guilty We have already seen leaks of documents in different federal states, above partisan politics, for this a concrete solution is needed at the national level. Parliament has drawn up a strict law against irregularities in the. exams."

The National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducted the NEET-UG exams, is facing criticism for alleged irregularities in the exams. This led to several protests across the country, with protesters and political parties demanding the dissolution of the NTA. The President highlighted the Citizenship Amendment Act and said that the government is restoring India's heritage and culture along with efforts to build the future.

"My government has started granting citizenship to refugees under the CAA. I wish a better future for the families who have been granted citizenship under the CAA. My government is restoring the heritage and culture of India along with efforts to build the future". she said.

The government has also achieved a record increase in MSP for Kharif crops. Today's India is changing its agricultural system keeping in mind its current needs," the President said. "Today, the demand for products. organic is increasing rapidly in the world. Indian farmers have full capacity to meet this demand. Therefore, the government is integrating the supply chain of natural agriculture and related products.
