With orders worth Rs 22,954 crore in gross merchandise value (GMV) in 2020, Hyderabad-based startup EdgeFX Technologies, engaged in tinkering incubation, and InnovationLab solutions startup Runway for schools and technical institutes reached out to GeM for assistance in their vendor registration. Potential government buyers had recommended EdgeFX to list its innovative products on the GeM platform for evaluation and potential purchase.After the post-listing of the product catalog in the Edtech product category under Startup Runway, the EdgeFX team continuously engaged with government buyers to garner large orders.
