Chandigarh, BJP chief J.P. Nadda on Tuesday lashed out at the opposition INDI faction and termed it a "gathering of corrupt people".

At a road show in Haryana's Jind to seek votes for BJP's Sonipat candidate, Nadda also accused the opposition parties of promoting dynasty politics.

He asked the attendees, "Is Congress a party of scams or not? Is Lalu's party a party involved in scams or not?..."

He alleged that many scams took place during the previous Congress-led UPA government.

Nadda also held a road show in Rohtak and asked people to vote for BJP.

He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country has become strong, self-reliant and is moving forward on the path of progress.

He said that various welfare policies of the Center have brought positive changes in the lives of people.

The BJP chief also said that Haryana today is on the path of rapid development under the "double engine" government and expressed confidence that like the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, this time too the BJP will make a clean sweep by winning all the 10 seats in the state.

BJP candidate from Sonipat, Mohan Lal Barauli stayed with Nadda in Jind in an open car. In Rohtak, the BJP chief was also accompanied by party candidate and sitting MP from the constituency Arvind Sharma and senior leader O Dhankhar.

Voting will be held on all 10 Lok Sabha seats of Haryana in the sixth phase of the ongoing general elections on May 25.
