New Delhi [India]: More than 10 rounds were fired at a food outlet in Delhi's Rajouri Garden, killing one person, police said on Wednesday.
According to the police, information about the firing incident was received at Rajouri Garden police station at around 9.45 pm.
Speaking to reporters, DCP West Vichitra Veer said, "There was a firing incident at the Burger King outlet. Officers immediately reached the spot. As per preliminary information, more than 10 rounds were fired."
"One person has died in the incident. We are trying to identify the victim," the DCP said.
Police said they are examining CCTV footage to gather more information. He said that further investigation is going on.
