New Delhi [India]: A fire broke out in several huts in east Delhi's Yamun Khadar slum on Saturday morning, officials said. However, no casualties were reported. Delhi Fire Services Department received the call at 10:46 am. Fire has been reported. As soon as the information was received, a total of 7 fire units were sent to the spot by the service department and efforts are on to extinguish the fire. Officials said, "11-12 slums caught fire in Yamuna Khadar area." Fire officials said. That the wait continues and the cause of the fire is not yet known. Earlier on May 24, a massive fire broke out at Carnival Resort in Alipur area of Delhi.
