Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], Fire officials have brought under control a fire that broke out at a junkyard in Trikuta Nagar area of Jammu, a fire official said on Sunday.
Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) South, Manu Hansa told ANI that the fire brigade would control the fire very soon.
"We have controlled the fire to a great extent. Fire engines are present here... We will soon completely control the fire... The fire is still in the junkyard. It has not reached the residential area." Hansa said.
Earlier, officials said on Sunday that a massive fire broke out at a junkyard in Trikuta Nagar area of Jammu.
The cause of the fire has not been known yet.
No injuries or casualties have been reported so far, the official said.
