Unnao (UP): An FIR has been registered against three people, including Aqra Saifi, said to be an aide of BCCI vice-president Rajeev Shukla, on charges of cheating, breach of trust and criminal intimidation, police said.

On April 8, a man named Satyaprakash Yadav had lodged an FIR at the City Police Station in Unnao, alleging that a bribe was taken from him for selection in the Uttar Pradesh cricket team and when he asked for the money back, the accused tried to eliminate him. Threatened. his career.

Inspector Pramod Mishra said that on Yadav's complaint, an FIR has been registered against Anubha Mishra, Anurag Mishra and Akram Saifi under IPC sections 420 (fraud), 406 (breach of trust), 506 (criminal intimidation).

He said that Yadav has not mentioned anything about Shukla in his complaint.

Yadav alleged that Anurag demanded Rs 10 lakh from him and he gave Rs 8 lakh in cash and transferred some amount from his uncle and father's accounts to the accounts of Anurag and his brother Anubhav Mishra.
