Directed by Nag Ashwin, this post-apocalyptic film is inspired by Hindu scriptures and is set in the year 2898 AD.
The trailer shows that director Ashwin has re-imagined the Mahabharata from a futuristic perspective and added a dystopian touch to it.
Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani are also a part of the film.

To which his character replied, "I, Dronacharya's son Ashwatthama, have been waiting for the tenth incarnation since Dwapara Yuga." (I have been waiting for Dashavatar since Dwapar Yuga.) The film will be released in theaters on June 27.Meanwhile, on the acting front, Alia will be seen in Vasan Bala's 'Jigra' in the coming months, which is co-produced by Karan Johar and Alia herself.
