New Delhi [India], Congress MP KC Venugopal launched a scathing attack on the NDA government for multiple infrastructure failures and said that under BJP rule, "every building is at risk of collapse."
Speaking during the debate on the motion of thanks on President Draupadi Murmu's address, the Congress leader said, 'The roof of Delhi airport collapsed, the roof of Jabalpur airport collapsed, the roof of Rajkot airport collapsed, the condition of roads in Ayodhya is bad, leakage in Ram temple, Cracks appeared on Harbor Link Road in Mumbai, three new bridges collapsed in Bihar, Pragati Maidan tunnel sank, all these constructions have collapsed during the NDA regime, every building is in danger of collapse.
The Congress leader also challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to investigate the alleged electoral bond scam and asked for a parliamentary committee to investigate it.
"I am challenging the Prime Minister to investigate about electoral bonds. The electoral bond scam is one of the biggest scams the country has ever seen. If you are not afraid of anything... then why don't you investigate Get it investigated by the parliamentary committee, you are not ready."
Meanwhile, Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi on Tuesday advocated installing an Ambedkar statue in front of Parliament.
"They are repeatedly saying that he created the new Parliament. Would it not have been appropriate to install the statue of Bhimrao Ambedkar in front of the Parliament?" He asked.
