Hosts Germany, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal have already secured their places in the round of 16 and the full line-up will only be clear at the end of the final round of group matches, according to information from UEFA Euro 2024.

Here's a look at the permutations heading into the final round of matches:

Group AGermany is currently leading with seven points after two wins and a draw, while Switzerland is in second place with five points after one win and two draws.

Germany reaches the round of 16 as first in the group.

Switzerland advances to the round of 16 as second in the group. Hungary finished third, but is not yet classified or eliminated.

Scotland is eliminated in fourth place.

Group BEspaña goes to the round of 16 as first in the group.

Italy will advance to the round of 16 as second in the group if it avoids defeat against Croatia. Italy will not be able to reach the round of 16 if it loses and Albania beats Spain.

Albania will advance to the round of 16 as group runners-up if it beats Spain and Croatia beats Italy, provided that Albania finishes ahead of Croatia on overall goal difference, or then on total goals scored, or then on disciplinary points, or then on the classification of the European Qualifiers. Georgia will advance to the round of 16, as second in the group, if it beats Portugal and Czechia beats Türkiye, provided that Georgia finishes ahead of Czechia according to the criteria described above.
