New Delhi: Realty firm Eros Group is expecting revenue of around Rs 900 crore from its new housing project in Greater Noida (West) due to strong demand for premium residential properties.
The company has recently launched its new housing project 'Eros Sampoornam 3' in Greater Noida West, comprising a total of 726 units. The project is spread over 5.5 acres and is scheduled to be delivered by 2028.
To start with, Eros Group has opened 318 units across five towers for sale and has already sold around 180 units worth Rs 250 crore.
“The initial sales success reflects the confidence and trust home buyers have in our brand,” said Avnish Sood, director, Eros Group.
The total sales proceeds of the entire 726 units are expected to be around Rs 900 crore, a company official said. The carpet area of the flats ranges from 531.63 sq ft to 1,068.67 sq ft.
Eros Group has already delivered its 12.5-acre residential project 'Sampoornam', comprising 1,768 units. It will soon provide possession for 'Sampoornam 1' comprising 258 flats and 90 shops, while delivery of 'Sampoornam 2' will be in September 2025.
Eros Group is also in the hospitality and entertainment business.
There has been a strong rise in the housing market in major cities after the Covid pandemic.
