On pay equity, the report said more than half (58 percent) of respondents reported that PA equity initiatives are on schedule, while the remaining 32 percent are behind schedule and 10 percent have no initiatives.Information technology, communication services, and healthcare and life sciences are outpacing other industries. According to the survey, employers expect most progress on gender equality to happen in the next two years. Yet, only 38 percent of employers expect gender parity to be fully achieved in their organization, while 21 percent of organizations say gender parity has already been fully achieved.
