The net loss can be attributed to its one-time expense of Rs 72.4 crore, which included "advance write-off to supplier" and trade receivables that were written off by the startup.

The Nishant Pitti-led startup's operating revenue grew 41 percent (y-o-y) to Rs 164 crore in the fourth quarter.

Pitti said, “In 4QFY24, we acquired 50 per cent stake in Jeevan Hospitality to develop a luxurious 150-room Radisson Blu hotel in Ayodhya, offering high-quality hospitality to 1.5 lakh daily visitors. “With this our portfolio expanded.”

The company also launched a new subsidiary EaseMyTrip Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, entering the Rs 7.9 trillion insurance industry.

“These initiatives underline our commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and strengthening partnerships in the travel and financial services sectors,” Pitti said.
