The rave party was busted near Electronics City, Bengaluru. According to Bengaluru City Police Commissioner B Dayanand, blood samples of attendees of the busted rave party were sent to the laboratory for testing.

Blood samples from 59 men tested positive for drugs, while blood samples from 27 women tested positive.

Both Hema and Ashi Roy were present in the party. Hema, who was detained by the police, used the excuse of going to the washroom to record a misleading video. He reportedly pleaded with the police not to arrest him and hide his identity.

The rave party case, which was initially handled by the Electronic City police, was transferred to Hebbagodi police station before being taken over by the Central Crime Branch. There were reportedly MDMA pills, crystal, hydrocannabis and cocaine at the rave party venue.
