Chandigarh: The BSF has seized a drone and a packet of heroin from a field near the India-Pakistan border in Punjab's Amritsar, a spokesperson of the paramilitary force said on Saturday.

The official said that after receiving the information, Border Security Force and Punjab Police personnel conducted a search operation on Friday night.

The spokesperson said that during the operation, a Chinese-made drone and a packet containing 557 grams of heroin was seized from Kahangarh village.
