The scheme was last extended till December 31, 2023.

He also stressed that the problems of poor people would end only by providing employment and said that if given an opportunity, his party's government would pay attention to it.

Attacking the Samajwadi Party, Mayawati alleged that it has mostly been seen that where Muslims are in majority, SP gives ticket to Hindus and where Hindu numbers are more, it fields Muslim candidates.

He alleged that the opponents are using media, opinion polls and surveys for this and said that the same is the case with election manifestos with empty promises, which are not implemented by these parties after the elections.

During the rally, Mayawati sought support for her party's candidates Muslim Khan, Abi Ali from Amla seat and Saulat Ali from Sambhal seat and appealed to the people to make them victorious.Voting on these three seats will be held in the third phase on May 7.
