New Delhi, Diamond Power Infrastructure on Monday said it has won an order worth Rs 409 crore for supply of cables to Adani Green Energy.
"Our company has received a letter of intent worth Rs 409 crore (inclusive of GST) from Adani Green Energy Limited for the supply of various LV/MV cables," it said in a BSE filing.
According to the filing, the supply order will have to be completed by December 2024.
Diamond Power said that no promoter/promoter group/group company has any interest in the entity and this transaction does not fall within the scope of related party transactions.
