Kota (Rajasthan) police said a 42-year-old man, who worked as a delivery boy in a food delivery company, died at MBS Hospital in Kota on Monday morning.

He was admitted to the hospital after he suffered serious head injuries after hitting a divider near Kunhadi petrol pump on the intervening night of Sunday-Monday, he said.

The police registered a case under the relevant section on Monday morning and investigated and handed over the body to the relatives after post-mortem.

The deceased person was identified as Vinesh Mir Chandani (42), a resident of Vigyan Nagar area of ​​Kota.

Kunhadi police station in-charge Arvind Bhardwaj said that around 1.30 am on Monday, delivery boy Vinesh was going to deliver food on his scooter when his scooter collided with the divider near Kunhadi petrol pump, due to which he suffered serious head injury.

He said that Vinesh was immediately taken to MBS Hospital, where she died on Monday morning.

Police station in-charge said that the body was handed over to the relatives after post-mortem on Monday.
