New Delhi [India], The ongoing water crisis in the national capital seems to be becoming the center issue as BJP held protests across Delhi on the issue on Sunday.

Following the same, BJP MP from West Delhi Kamaljit Sehrawat and other party workers staged a 'Matka Phod' (break earthen pots) protest in Delhi's Najafgarh.

Sehrawat also inspected the water pipeline in Dwarka and said that the pipes he inspected were broken and a lot of water was being wasted while the AAP government was busy blaming other state governments.

Kamaljit Sehrawat said, “We are getting calls from Dwarka RWAs and they are coming to meet us with complaints of water shortage. They have to spend a lot of money for private water tankers and they are unable to avail the benefits of government tankers. Are incapable." Talking to ANI.

“The pipes I inspected today are broken and a lot of water is being wasted… The Delhi government is blaming other state governments for the water shortage, while the problem lies within their own department… I request Atishi not on humanitarian grounds, but as a minister in the Delhi government, he needs to take care of his department..,” he said.
