Investigation against Delhi Chief Minister Arvin Kejriwal for allegedly receiving political funding from the banned terrorist organization "Sikhs for Justice". The LG had received a complaint that Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP had received a huge sum of US$16 million from extremist Khalistani groups to facilitate Devendra's release. It has also been alleged that Kejriwal's Khalistan supporters among the Sikhs in 2014. A secret meeting was held at Gurudwara Richmond Hills, New York, where Kejriwal reportedly promised to facilitate the release of Devendra Pa Bhullar in return for substantial financial assistance from Khalistani groups. The complainant has requested for a comprehensive investigation into the allegations regarding funding of the Aam Aadmi Party by the extremist group Justice for Sikhs "The complainant has also stated that as per the tweets made on platform 'X' (erstwhile Twitter) by Dr. Munish Kumar Raizada, who was an activist in AAP, shared a photo of Arvind Kejriwal and Sikh leaders at the Richmond Hill Gurdwara, New York, United States in 2014 (some copies of the photos are attached) In his tweet he also confirmed that Apart from attending public meetings, Kejriwal had also organized a closed event. Meeting with pro-Khalistani Sikh leaders at Richmond Hills Gurdwara.This has also been mentioned in the letter that Kejriwal had written to former President Pranab Mukherjee to grant clemency to Bhullar. In this regard a copy of a letter addressed by Arvind Kejriwal to Shri. Iqbal Singh is closed. The letter dated 27.01.2014 mentions that 'Your Government is sympathetic to this issue and will take all necessary steps to ensure complete justice. It further mentioned that 'Delhi Government has already recommended the release of Professor Bhullar to the President and other issues including formation of SIT etc. will be worked out. This was widely reported in the media.According to the news of that time, Iqbal Singh was sitting on a dharna at Jantar Mantar demanding written assurance for the release of Bhullar.
