New Delhi, Delhi Fire Service officials said that a fire broke out in a slum in Madanpur Khadar area on Thursday evening.
Delhi Fire Service officials said, "We received information about the fire in a slum in Madanpur Khadar area at 7.44 pm. We immediately sent 13 fire tenders to the spot."
The police were informed and they launched a rescue operation along with fire brigade personnel.
On Wednesday, a massive fire broke out in Shahabad Dairy area, in which more than 100 huts were burnt to ashes.
