New Delhi [India]: Counsel for AAP MP Sanjay Singh, accused in the Delhi Excise Policy case, informed the court on Friday that it will take 90 to 100 hours to inspect the documents at the ED office. Other lawyers also noted the time required for inspection, with Manish Sisodia and other accused being produced through video conferencing (VC) from jail. Special judge Kaveri Baweja granted time for inspection and listed the case on July 3. The court on Friday extended the judicial custody of Manish Sisodia and other accused till July 3. The court has asked the ED to provide a copy of the re-filed charge sheet. AAP MP Sanjay has removed the name of the protected witness and arrested other accused. The court has also asked ED to provide the charge sheet filed against K Kavitha. The court has given one month (June) time to inspect the documents daily and complete the inspection. The court has asked the counsel for the accused to appoint two associates to inspect the documents. Court has asked ED to make proper arrangements for inspection
