Section 1: Incubator

How do you grow but stay close to your customers in identifying their problems, and, once you've solved those issues, how do you keep the product relevant? The idea is that when you scale So you have to do things that don't scale. Many companies do this when they scale, they start looking at customers as data points. They would make pie charts and try to figure out why their customers are unhappy, we did that too but what we also did was that we would always try to maintain our down to earth connection, so, we became a customer support agent for a day. Will go and receive customer complaints. , feel the pain and anger and empathize with them. This is what helps us stay relevant, we physically move through personal grievances. The idea is to capture emotion. When you start seeing suggestions or feedback as data points and pie charts, you lose the spirit of it.You can solve the issues with a unique full stack playbook that learns from the poor user experiences caused by your competitors' asset-light model and solves these issues to create a WOW experience while engaging and retaining customers. Can do?

If we created the same technology, created an aggregator model or if we got drivers to partner with their cars we would face the same problem, so, we fundamentally changed the business model and built the technology for it. And that helped us figure out that we needed to keep the cars under our control, that way we could make sure the condition was extremely good and well maintained. The schedule model was also a game changer for us and the reason for us to create the schedule model was that you can't do real-time rides with 70 cars. The solution was to overcome the issues of quick ride-matching, zero down time, etc. and increase your net- How is AWS enabling BlueSmart to power-up its backend to save operating costs while supporting net zero ambitions?

AWS has been a reliable and supportive partner for us since day one. We have built a lot of technology and machine learning algorithms for our scheduled ride model, in which we were able to ensure that the car arrives on time.97% of our rides are arriving on time with zero cancellations. We had to predict the time required for rides at different times of the day, for which we created machine learning models, which we are running on AWS infrastructure, and it is running smoothly.

Section 2: Accelerators What can startup founders learn from BlueSmart's relatively slow expansion strategy?

We started with Delhi and today we have 7000 cars in just two cities; Delhi and Bengaluru but these are big markets. I would say that if you are able to be successful in Delhi then there is no reason why you will not be able to be successful by going to any other city. That's what you need to do, even if you're going slow, you need to make things big. What's the best mantra for making a co-founder relationship last? I think it really means trusting each other and believing in each other's potential, but at the same time you have to There is also a need to raise questions and exert pressure. You need to maintain that balance of trust but also really pushing and asking questions.

India's startup ecosystem is undergoing a significant transformation as inspired founders are leading the way with extraordinary innovation. The passion and vision of entrepreneurs is keeping the Indian startup ecosystem dynamic.
