New Delhi, Hong Kong-based Executive Center, which offers flexible office space, on Tuesday announced leadership changes in the South Asia and Middle East region following the resignation of Nidhi Marwah, who was group MD of South Asia and GCC.

The Executive Center (TEC) entered India in 2008 with its first property in Mumbai. It currently has more than 40 centres, comprising more than 15,000 desks, across seven major cities.

In a statement, TEC said the promotion of its key senior executives marks a change in its leadership for the South Asia and Middle East region.

"Rajat Kapoor will take up the role of Managing Director, North India, UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while Manish Khedia will be Managing Director, South India, West India and Sri Lanka," it said.

Marwah had resigned earlier this month.

Speaking on his new role, Kapoor said, “The flexible workspace segment is witnessing a steady growth in demand and the future looks promising. As we join a new chapter of rapid growth, we aim to expand our footprint in the South To increase our presence.” Asia and the Middle East region."

Khedia further added, “As TEC celebrates its 30 years milestone in the industry, we are well positioned to continue capturing the premium flexible workspace mark share, especially in West and South India.”

In 2023, TEC rapidly expanded its footprint by adding 26 new centers to its network globally. Driven by strong customer demand, the most significant growth was seen in South Asia and the Middle East with the opening of 12 new centres, effectively doubling TEC's footprint in the region since the pre-pandemic period.
