Bengaluru, Coworking firm 315Work Avenue has leased 450 desks at its facility in Bengaluru to US-based MoEngage.
The company has leased an additional 450 seats to insights-based customer engagement platform MoEngage. It had earlier leased 450 seats to MoEngage, taking the total to 900 seats now, according to a statement on Tuesday.
This office space, which is approximately 45,000 square feet, is located in the posh Koramangala, Bengaluru.

315Work Avenue currently manages 20 lakh square feet of space with approximately 40,000 seats across 40 prime locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai and Pune.
The company is also in advanced discussions to strengthen its presence in the existing markets as well as expand its geographical footprint in the Delhi-NCR and Hyderabad markets.
