Kota (Rajasthan) Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Sunday underlined the important role played by cooperative institutions in the country and said the cooperative movement has catalyzed a remarkable transformation in the socio-economic sector of the country.
Kota-Bundi MP was talking to media persons on the occasion of the annual conference of Hitkari Cooperative Education Society here on Sunday. On this occasion, Birla also congratulated the senior citizens of the committee.
Birla said, “The cooperative movement in the country has ushered in a massive change in the socio-economic fabric.” And economic conditions.
He said, this is an excellent public movement in which all individuals work together and through which we can usher in a new era of socio-economic transformation.
Birla said, “Be it farmers, fisheries, animal husbandry, dairy, small-scale savings or self-help groups, all these are invaluable branches of the cooperative movement that have shown their immense potential in effecting socio-economic change. Have demonstrated clearly." ,
On this occasion, State Energy Minister Hiralal Nagar, MLA Sandeep Sharma, Benevolent Education Committee Chairman Suraj Birla, Hari Krishna Birla, Rajesh Birla and a large number of committee members and associates were present.
