The former Chief Minister also claimed that a scam case worth more than Rs 60 crore has come to light in the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Board.
"To benefit its favourites, the government allocated a tender of Rs 175 crore for Rs 240 crore. The Rs 60 crore scam was done to benefit whom and at whose behest it was done?
