“First Congress looted West Bengal. CPI(M) also did the same thing. And no Trinamool Congress has crossed all limits to loot the state,” he said while addressing an election rally in Barasat Lok Sabha constituency.

Campaigning in support of BJP candidate Swapan Mukherjee from Barasat, the PM said, “Under the guise of opposing each other, the Left parties and Trinamool Congress are secret partners. The Chief Minister of West Bengal has openly declared her support to Congress and Left parties at the national level.

“So every vote in favor of the Left will actually go to the Trinamool Congress. But the people of West Bengal have now understood their game.”

He claimed that Trinamool Congress and India Bloc allies are not interested in development.

“They are only interested in pleasing their vote bank. Those who always talk in favor of protecting the Constitution of the country should come to Bengal and see what is happening here,” PM Modi said.

He attacked the Trinamool Congress for criticizing a Calcutta High Court judge following a division bench's recent order canceling all OBC certificates issued in West Bengal after 2010.

“Whoever exposes the dirty truth becomes an enemy of the ruling party. No, my question is whether Trinamool Congress will unleash its goons against the judges.

“Even great institutions like Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission Bharat Sevashram Sangha and ISKCON and their monks have become victims of the attack by the Trinamool Congress,” the PM said.

Accusing the people of spreading lies about CAA, the PM said that citizenship is now a reality for people of Matua community.

He said, "Forget Trinamool Congress, there is no power in the world that can stop Modi from implementing CAA."
