Shimla: Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu on Sunday said the BJP has put a stain on the culture of Himachal Pradesh by starting horse-trading politics and the onus is on the voters to end this practice.

Speaking at a public meeting in Kasauli Assembly constituency, the Congress leader said, "If the evil is not stopped in the bud, it will continue."
