Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday directed officials to complete all public-related work within the stipulated time limit, and warned that negligence will not be tolerated.
According to a statement, Adityanath issued the directive during 'Janta Darshan', a public grievance meeting at his official residence at Kalidas Marg here.
The statement said he interacted with each attendee to understand their grievances and directed the officials concerned to resolve them immediately.
The release quoted him as saying, "The Chief Minister directed the officials that the work related to the common people should be done within the stipulated time limit. Ignoring any work will not be tolerated at all."
Adityanath said, issues related to the public are the priority of the government.
A large number of youth also attended the Janata Darshan, where the Chief Minister not only resolved their personal problems but also interacted with them on various issues, the statement said.
