The pass percentage of class 10 and class 12 is 99.47 percent and 98.19 percent respectively. Girls have outperformed boys in both ICSE (Class 10) and IS (Class 12) with 99.65 per cent and 98.92 per cent pass percentage respectively. This year, around 3.43 lakh students appeared in the CISCE examination for classes 10 and 12. Overall, 1,30,506 boys and 1,13,111 girls appeared for the Class 10 final exams this year. 1,29,612 boys and 1,12,716 girls passed the examination. A total of 47,136 girls and 52,765 boys appeared for the Class 12 examination and 46,62 girls and 51,462 boys passed. The western region of the country had the best pass percentage. 99.91 percent for Class 10, followed by the Southern region with a pass percentage of 99.88%. For Class 10, the best performing schools abroad are Indonesia, Singapore and Dubai (U.A.E.) with 100% pass percentage. Meanwhile, for Class 12, the best performing schools abroad are from Singapore and Dubai (U.A.E.), with a pass percentage of 100%. The ICSE examination was conducted in 60 written subjects, of which 20 were Indian languages, 13 foreign languages ​​and one classical language. The exam started on February 21, 2024 and ended on March 28, 2024 and was conducted for 18 days. The ISC examination was conducted in 47 written subjects, of which 12 were Indian languages, four foreign languages ​​and two classical languages. Started on February 12, 2024 and ended on April 4, 2024 and was held for 28 days.
