Raipur: The Chhattisgarh government has approved armed police protection for ED lawyer and state Deputy Advocate General Saurabh Kumar Pandey, official sources said on Sunday.

Pandey has been provided private security officers after the VIP security branch of Chhattisgarh Police recommended providing security to Pandey following a threat perception report prepared by the state intelligence.
