Shimla: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday accused the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh of selectively distributing central aid to victims of last year's floods and promised to find out where the money went if returned to power.

The Prime Minister also called Himachal Pradesh "sankalp bhoomi" for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya, Modi said, referring to the pledge taken by the BJP for construction of the temple in Palampur during an election rally in Mandi.

The National Executive of the BJP passed a resolution for the construction of a Ra temple during its Palampur meeting in June 1989.
