New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested 13 people, including one of its own inspectors, for giving favorable inspection reports to nursing colleges in Madhya Pradesh in return for bribes collected through a drain, officials said on Monday.

CBI's internal vigilance immediately swung into action and an FIR was registered against 23 people, including Raj, three other CBI officers and brokers.
