CHENNAI: Real estate developer CasaGrande has earmarked Rs 750 crore to develop a 27-acre residential community in Bengaluru, the company said on Thursday.

The Chennai-based company has roped in Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan as the 'celebrity endorser' for the project.

CasaGrande announced the launch of CasaGrande Casablanca, a 2-acre property on Kanakapura Road. The company is all set to develop 16.1 million square feet of residential area, comprising luxurious apartments, villas and penthouses, with an investment of Rs 750 crore, the company said in a statement here today.

“We are pleased to introduce Casagrande’s latest venture – Casagrande Casablanca, which marks a significant shift in the real estate landscape of Bengaluru. The project marks a bold step towards redefining luxury living in the city ,” said Satish CG, director, Bengaluru zone, Casagrande.

The residential community is located close to Forum Mall, JP Nagar. Casagran Calablanca ensures that residents remain connected to every essential destination in Bengaluru, the statement said.
