Tarn Taran (Punjab) [India], Border Security Force (BSF) along with Punjab Police recovered a Chinese made drone in the border area of Tarntara district. The recovered drone has been identified as a China-made DJI Mavic 3 Classic.
According to an official release from the Public Relations Officer (PRO), "On April 17, based on information received from BSF intelligence and a local villager about the presence of a drone in the border area of Tarn Taran district, a joint search operation was conducted by the BSF. " According to reliable information, the troops along with Punjab Police conducted a search operation in the suspected area, on the same day at around 04.00 pm, the troops successfully recovered a drone in a field adjacent to Kalash Havelia village in Tarn Taran district. The release said that with the coordinated efforts of BSF and Punjab Police, another illegal drone was successfully recovered from across the border.
