New Delhi, Realty firm Brigade Enterprises Ltd on Tuesday reported a nearly three-fold rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter to Rs 206.09 crore on the back of higher income.
Its net profit in the same period a year ago was Rs 69.25 crore.
Total income increased to Rs 1,762.62 crore in the fourth quarter of the last financial year from Rs 872.11 crore in the same period last year.
During the financial year 2023-24, Brigade Enterprises' net profit increased to Rs 451.6 crore from Rs 291.41 crore a year ago.
Total income increased to Rs 5,064.15 crore in the 2022-23 financial year from Rs 3,563.2 crore in the previous financial year.
