Bengaluru: Realty firm Brigade Enterprises is expecting revenues of over Rs 400 crore from its newly launched residential tower in Bengaluru.

The company has launched residential tower 'Cobalt' in Brigade El Dorado, its 50-acre township located in the KIADB Aerospace Park.

“Including 948 one-bedroom apartments, the company estimates the potential revenue value at over Rs 400 crore,” Brigade said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.

The total size of this township is approximately 6.1 million (61 lakh) square feet including residential, shopping, wellness and entertainment facilities.

“In recent times, there has been an increase in the number of multinational companies that have chosen to set up shop in North Bengaluru, creating a demand for skilled talent. This has resulted in a growth and demand for high quality, sustainable real estate. Found property in the area,” said Amar Mysore, executive director, Brigade Enterprises.

He said potential home buyers in the region are predominantly millennials, who are not just looking for homes, but also housing that reflects their achievements and matches their aspirations.

The company has developed projects in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, GIFT City-Gujarat, Thiruvananthapuram, Mangaluru and Chikkamagaluru. It is developing residential, office, retail and hotel projects.
