Nagpur, A 15-year-old boy drowned while swimming in a lake in Nagpur on Sunday afternoon. Police gave this information.
He said that Class 10 student Dhruv Ashish Tedulwar lost his life in Gorewada lake.
Tedulwar, who had gone swimming with three friends, took a selfie before jumping into the water, but drowned, an official said.
After receiving the information, the ballast mine police and fire brigade personnel pulled the teenager out of the water. He was taken to the hospital where doctors declared him dead, the official said. He said that a case of accidental death has been registered.
