Chaudhary started her campaign with a clinical round 1 against Puerto Rico's Stephanie Pinayre. She was a bit conservative in round 2 as she consolidated her position before dominating again in the next round and taking a unanimous 5:0 decision in her favour.

Later, Berwal put up a strong challenge against Ecuador's Gerlon Gilmer of Congo Chacha but it was not enough to advance to the next round.

The 2022 Asian Games bronze medalist made a slow start in Round 1 and was forced to advance. He performed well to impress three of the five judges with high punches in rounds 2 and 3 of the 32nd round. However, his efforts were not enough to reduce the overall deficit.
