Bansuri Swaraj said the Narendra Modi government's welfare schemes and "its vision of Viksit Bharat have won public trust, resulting in a clear mandate for the NDA government for the third consecutive time."

He said the Modi government keeps all the promises it makes and cited the examples of abrogation of Article 370, consecration of Ram Temple, Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), One Rank, One Pension and Make in India.

Highlighting the robust economic growth under the NDA government, he said: "In the last ten years, India has risen from the 11th largest economy to the fifth largest in the world, all in times of global instability. Now, it is on its way to becoming in the third largest economy in the world.

Emphasizing the vision of Viksit Bharat, he said, "Prime Minister Modi has adopted the Viksit Bharat resolution 2047, focusing on four main pillars: women, farmers and the poor."

The New Delhi MP also highlighted the Centre's Standup India and Startup India program and said this has turned Indian youth into "job creators, rather than job seekers", and now, the youth are moving towards " wealth creation", leading India. to become the third largest startup ecosystem in the world.

He lauded the central government's new initiatives benefiting youth, including Mudra Yojana, Digital India, chip and semiconductor manufacturing industry, Make in India and Startup India, for fostering entrepreneurship among youth.

He spoke about various programs for women emancipation and empowerment including Ujjwala Yojana and Jan Dhan Yojana, Lakhpati Didi program and Namo Drone Didi programme.

"Over 50 million bank accounts were opened under the Jan Dhan Yojana initiative, of which 56 per cent were of women. Our Prime Minister also ensured that women also got financial support for their businesses under Mudra Yojana, under which 59 percent of the loans were given to women. Similarly, under Standup India, 89 per cent of loans were given to women,” he said.

Swaraj mentioned that Prime Minister Modi's Garib Kalyan Yojana has been recognized as the world's largest welfare development scheme, and recounted the government's focus on the development of the poor. He also mentioned the free ration scheme, stating that the government is allocating free ration to over 81 million people to ensure food and nutritional security.

The BJP MP emphasized the achievements of the PM Awas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and PM Swarn Nidhi programme, adding that this has largely benefited the poor.

He also praised the new criminal laws, stating that they replaced the "suppressive" laws of the colonial era and focused solely on "justice", as opposed to foreign governance, which aimed to repress people. He maintained that these transformative initiatives are the reason why India again voted in favor of the NDA.

Drawing parallels with the Mahabharata, he said Lord Krishna will always support those who perform 'Karma' (acts), referring to Prime Minister Modi, and criticized the opposition for imposing emergency and trying to destroy the Constitution and democracy.

He accused the AAP of deliberately creating a "constitutional crisis" in the national capital, where people are yearning for water.
